I had posted here about the case of a lecturer threatened with disciplinary action for showing, or probably just referencing, the work of Del LaGrace Volcano. I’ve taken down the post as the people co-ordinating the campaign against this, are now trying to let things die down a bit if they can – the original email was never intended to be circulated publicly and it is at the point where it is harming the case rather than helping it.
So I’ll re-post once I hear what’s needed next – it’s likely that the hearing scheduled for next Monday (17th) will be postponed.
