Lots of goat and sheep cheeses here, not surprising considering the terrain.

So what do you think Queso Tetilla means? The one in the middle. Their web page refers to the ‘characteristic shape’. I wonder how it evolved?It’s a creamy quite bland cheese. Haven’t opened the others yet.
